Koalas dwell primarily in the gum groves of southeastern Australia, thriving in a climate that stays relatively moderate. These endearing marsupials pass much of their existence resting in the koala drawing foliage, consuming almost exclusively gum foliage, which are low in nutrients and necessitate a significant amount of effort to process.
